We had the pleasure of Martin playing the piano at our wedding and couldn’t recommend him enough. His playing was absolutely beautiful and helped to make our wedding extra special.

Martin is also extremely easy to work with, he’s kind, friendly and passionate about his music. He was genuinely having a great time whilst playing and this rubbed off on everyone else.

Martin was more than happy to learn some new songs for our wedding day but he had such a wide repertoire of songs he was able to easily meet our brief (big band, soul, musicals) and play lots of crowd pleasers.

All of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed his playing and we couldn’t imagine our wedding without Martin on the piano.

Martin played the organ and piano at our wedding at Bolton School on 31st Aug 2019 and it was absolutely stunning. We were unsure of what organ piece to go with and Martin offered lots of help and advice. He delivered the most incredible organ version of Cant Help Falling in Love With You. He rehearsed with our singer in his own time and delivered a gorgeous arrangement to accompany our singer of When I Fall In Love. The selection of music was perfect for the whole wedding and lots of our guests commented on how beautiful the piano and organ was played. Fantastic service, great communication throughout and a stunning performance on the day. No wonder our registrar commented that we had chosen the best Pianist and he is highly recommended by Bolton School. Thank you for making our day so special!

Martin played at my son's 40th. birthday party. I've known Martin personally for many years through his theatre work, but never realised just how brilliant and versatile he is!! The partygoers absolutely loved him, and he did requests and everything.
My son's cousin Stuart David, a superb singer, was also booked for the night. At one stage, Stuart and Martin spoke to each other (the first time they'd ever met), and decided to do a jam session. They performed the best version of Elton John's "Scarifice" I've ever heard!!!! And this is with NO reheatrsal.

I can't praise Martin enough. Anyone booking him will certainly get their money's worth, and be thoroughly entertained!! Way to go, Martin!!!!

Myself and my family have known of Martins talents for a while now so it was a no brainier to book him for my mum and dads joint 60th birthday party. My brother is a violinist and Martin went out of his way to perform with him during the party using his own time to arrange. Martins range of songs were received very well by all ages. He also played songs requested by the family too! I absolutely recommend Martin for any function and when we have another party then Martin will the first person we call! Thanks Martin you were brilliant!!

Martin was perfection right from planning our wedding to the big day. He went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we wanted it to be. He was brilliantly enthusiastic when I told him of my plan to surprise Simon (Groom) during the ceremony with a flash mob choir and even went to rehearse with the choir in his own time. I can never thank him enough for doing that for us. I walked down the aisle at Bolton School to Martin playing my favourite Guns and Roses song - November Rain and the sound of the piano was truly amazing. The flash mob went off perfectly and all the guests commented on how fabulous the choir and pianist were. Martin then played ‘Can you feel the love Tonight’ on the pipe organ as we signed the register which again sounded beautiful. Then we danced out of the ceremony to Martin and the choir singing ‘You make my dreams come true ‘. The whole ceremony was perfect. Martin then played
during the wedding breakfast and he pitched it perfectly for our guests, taking requests and really getting everyone in the party mood. Everyone commented on how talented Martin is and how much they enjoyed the piano music throughout the day. We couldn’t have had a more perfect pianist. Very highly recommended. Thank you!!

We hired Martin to play on our wedding day and his performance went beyond our wildest expectations. From the relaxing music during the welcome drinks to the lively party set at night, he constantly had the whole room enraptured. It's safe to say that everyone who witnessed his performance will not forget him in a hurry. One guest remarked that he did not look at a single piece of sheet music all night, remarkable. Just make sure you buy him a Guinness to keep him hydrated!

Martin is absolutely brilliant, he played at our wedding ceremony & during our wedding breakfast handling a challenging table of guests to boot! We then left the ceremony to a seemingly traditional ‘Wedding March’ which was then transformed into an Abba medley – again played on the organ!

Martin performed at our wedding in Yorkshire on 4th August 2016. His ability to please all our guests with any request was astonishing, as was his charismatic rapport with his audience. Paul and I were married on Saturday and I cannot stop thinking about the most amazing music that Martin played. He absolutely sealed our wedding and made it perfect. I had the absolute pleasure of having Martin play the organ for our wedding, and accompany our wedding breakfast with light piano jazz from across the ages. I have never heard such a slick, and talented performance of so many varying styles - it was truly amazing.

He even went so far as to accompany my best man, brother-in-law and I as we sang close harmony at the end of my speech, with very little/no rehearsal time!

I would not hesitate to recommend Martin for ANY function or live performance, he's an incredible talent and consummate professional with a really friendly attitude.

I first saw Martin at a friends wedding in Bolton about 5 years ago and when planning my own wedding I knew I had to ask him to perform at ours. He is simply brilliant and gets everyone up and dancing. Everyone commented on how great his set was.

On a practical note, communication was excellent, booking was no fuss and he even travelled to North Yorkshire for us. We asked Martin to learn a particular song for our first dance and he did it for us even though it was outside of his normal repertoire.

In short, the music is great, the price is great and the process of booking is one less stress in the serious of stress that is wedding planning! We can't recommend him enough or thank him enough for making our special day extra special!
